BJP Faith in Members Assessed Through 3-Day Training Camp: Mita Nath Bora

Mita Nath Bora, the secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s Central Training Committee, has said that the party’s faith in its members could be assessed through the three-day training camp that was held for elected representatives from Tripura’s urban local bodies. Bora stated that the BJP believes in “Seva or Service.” To ensure that common people receive all necessary services, elected representatives must be competent enough to discharge duties on behalf of the people.

In October of last year, training for elected representatives belonging to Rural Local Bodies till the Panchayat level were given training. The BJP’s faith in its representatives is reflected in its decision to hold training camps for them. The training camps offer BJP members the opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge, and to network with other party members. Bora argued that the BJP’s faith in its members is one of the reasons for the party’s success.

According to Bora, the training camp aimed to instruct the elected members of Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in Tripura on how to become effective leaders. The camp covered topics such as party ideology, leadership, governance, and public relations. The camp also included sessions on how to deal with the media and how to handle criticism.

Bora expressed confidence that the training camp will have a positive impact on the BJP’s performance in Tripura. She also expressed hope that the camp will help to strengthen the party’s relationship with the people of Tripura.
