Jamsheer, an MBA graduate from Kannur University, combined his expertise in business development, motivational speaking, and career coaching to complement Ameen’s vision.
The two founders crossed paths while working for the same company during the pandemic, eventually discovering their shared concern for the lack of industry-ready skills among Malayali students. Their collaboration birthed Edwin Academy, a platform aimed at equipping graduates and postgraduates with the practical skills necessary to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

Unemployment remains a significant challenge in Kerala, with many academically qualified individuals struggling to secure jobs due to a lack of industry-relevant skills.
