Founded in 2018 by gold medallist dietician Avni Kaul, the Saket clinic combines hospital endocrinology experience with practical Indian meal planning
Nutri Activania, the nutrition clinic led by dietician and nutritionist Avni Kaul, has now supported more than 15,000 members and earned over 300 Google reviews. The milestone reflects a steady move among Delhi NCR residents away from generic diet charts towards plans built around their own health history, routine, food preferences and lifestyle.
Established in Saket in 2018 by Avni Kaul, a dietician in Delhi with 12 years of practice, the clinic helps people lose weight and keep it off, and offers specialist guidance for muscle gain, PCOS, thyroid management, high blood pressure, cholesterol, IBS, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and infant feeding. As a hormone-focused nutritionist, Avni Kaul also supports women through fertility, endometriosis, PMS, perimenopause and menopause, and provides nutritional guidance for people prescribed GLP-1 agonist medications. Consultations are available in person at the Saket clinic and online for clients across India.
Avni Kaul holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. qualifications in Food and Nutrition and is a Gold Medallist from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. Before founding Nutri Activania, she worked as a Dietician and Diabetes Educator in the Endocrinology Department at Max Hospital. She is also a Certified Lactation Counsellor (NHS, UK) and has undertaken extensive training in maternal health and baby foods.
“Our philosophy is simple: we work around you, not the other way around,” said Avni Kaul, Founder and Head Nutritionist, Nutri Activania. “Most people who come to us have already tried a diet that didn’t fit their life. Our job is to build a plan that works with their family meals, their work hours and any medication they take, so that the change actually lasts. My team and I see each person as an individual, not just another number.”
Every engagement follows a three-step process: an initial assessment covering health history, goals, medication and current eating patterns; a personalised plan designed around the client’s schedule and culture; and follow-up reviews to adjust the plan as progress and needs change. Plans look beyond food to include sleep, stress, water intake and physical activity, and take account of each person’s social, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Consultations are deliberately judgment-free. The aim is never to embarrass or penalise clients, but to build their confidence in making smarter food choices, supported by evidence-based practice and a scientific approach.
