CPI (M) state secretary Jiten Chowdhury has declared that the upcoming assembly elections in Tripura will bring a new sunrise for the state. Speaking to supporters and party workers in seven locations of the Sabroom constituency, where he is a candidate, Jiten expressed confidence that the CPI (M)-Congress alliance would come to power.
Accompanied by other party members including Sabroom subdivisional committee secretary Arun Tripura, MLA Prabhat Chowdhury, and secretariat members, Jiten reminded the workers of their responsibility to maintain peace and harmony. He emphasized that jubilation and celebration should not come at the cost of others’ pain and anguish.
Jiten’s assertion of a new dawn comes as the BJP government’s rule in Tripura appears to be faltering. The CPI (M) state secretary cited the destruction of democracy and the rule of law under the BJP’s governance. However, Jiten assured the workers that a change in government was only a matter of time.
As Tripura gears up for the elections on March 2nd, Jiten’s message is a rallying cry for supporters to remain vigilant and responsible. With the fate of the state hanging in the balance, the CPI (M)-Congress alliance is poised to take charge and usher in a new era of hope for Tripura.
