New initiative offers hands-on, project-based experience in Data Science, AI & MLOps, and Full Stack Development to improve job readiness
Bengaluru, Karnataka | August 2026: With India’s technology industry placing greater emphasis on practical experience over classroom learning alone, LearnMore Technologies has launched its Industry Internship Program (IIP) to help students gain real-world exposure before entering the workforce.
The newly introduced program is designed for learners enrolled in or graduating from LearnMore Technologies’ Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & MLOps, and Full Stack Development courses. Through live industry-style projects, structured mentorship, and portfolio development, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic training and corporate expectations.
Industry experts have long highlighted that many candidates complete technical certification courses with theoretical knowledge but lack practical experience in handling production environments, collaborative development, cloud deployment, and real business problems. LearnMore Technologies says its Industry Internship Program has been developed specifically to address this challenge.
“Training gives learners technical knowledge, but internships teach them how to solve real-world problems,” said Vishal, Senior Manager at LearnMore Technologies. “When a dataset is incomplete, a machine learning model fails to converge, or an application breaks during deployment, professionals need practical experience to resolve those issues. This program is designed to provide that missing industry exposure through real projects and expert mentorship.”
Internship Tracks Aligned with Industry Requirements
The Industry Internship Program has been divided into specialized tracks based on current technology industry requirements.
Students opting for the Data Science track will work on real-world datasets involving data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, statistical modelling, and business reporting using dashboards and visualization tools.
Participants in the Artificial Intelligence & MLOps track will gain practical exposure to the complete machine learning lifecycle, including experiment tracking, model versioning, Docker containerization, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and model monitoring.
The Full Stack Development internship focuses on building complete web applications by working across front-end technologies, back-end APIs, databases, Git version control, agile development practices, and code reviews.
In addition, interns across all learning paths will receive exposure to cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, DevOps workflows, GitHub, and Jira, enabling them to understand tools commonly used by software engineering teams.
Each intern will work under dedicated technical mentors while participating in structured sprint reviews, code evaluations, milestone assessments, and continuous feedback sessions.
Portfolio-Based Learning
Unlike conventional internship models that emphasize observation, LearnMore Technologies says the program focuses on practical project execution.
Every internship cycle includes:
• A skills assessment to determine the most suitable project track.
• Hands-on execution of live projects under mentor supervision.
• Regular sprint reviews, code evaluations, and technical feedback.
• A final project presentation, with completed work becoming part of the student’s professional portfolio and resume.
According to the institute, the company is also expanding collaborations with hiring organizations to strengthen placement opportunities as future internship cohorts grow.

Applications Open
Applications for the first batch of the Industry Internship Program are scheduled to open in August 2026. The institute has invited students, educational institutions, and corporate partners to participate in the initiative.
