A library, traditionally, is a collection of books used for reading or study, or the building or room in which such a collection is kept, but until someone reads library doesn’t add up the meaning.
Indeed, very initiative steps were taken under MGNREGS by building “Waiting Shed Cum Library” by the people of Khawzwal, Mizoram. This sets an incredible example of inspiring people to read and motivating the reading habit.
It’s definitely a wonderful and creative tread to encourage one’s reading and setting a perfect example of the value of reading and gaining knowledge as the most important factor in order to build a better harmonic society.
