A state official informed about this. This is President Murmu’s first visit to Mizoram after becoming the President in July. She has already visited the state on July 7 to garner votes from members of the ruling Mizoram National Front (MNF) and the BJP for the presidential election.

The official said the President will attend the convocation of Mizoram University (MZU) on the western outskirts of Aizawl. Also she will inaugurate some facilities under the university on 3rd November. After this, she will also address the state assembly on November 4.
