TIPRA Motha Worker Murdered In Tripura Due To Financial Dispute


A TIPRA Motha employee was killed by a group of attackers in the Dhalai area of Tripura’s Surma assembly seat.

The name of the victim was Prasenjit Namasudra and he was murdered by the criminals during his home visit.

A prominent TIPRA Motha leader Mevar Kumar Jamatia stated that their work was coming home alone in his automobile when attackers took advantage of him and severely beat him, which resulted in his death in the Bamancherra area under the Kamalpur sub-division.

TIPRA Motha member Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarman said that a high-level team, including top leaders and ex-MLA Tapas Dey, had visited Prasenjit’s home to offer the mourning family their sincere condolences.

According to the senior police officer, the situation occurred on Wednesday at 9 PM. After being taken to Kamalpur Subdivisional Hospital, the on-call medical staff sent Prasenjit to Dhalai District Hospital in Kulai, where he passed away from his severe wounds.
