According to an official notification issued by the Assembly Secretariat, no individual or vehicle will be permitted inside the Assembly premises without a valid entry pass issued in advance.
The notification highlights that all Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs), media representatives, and even Assembly staff must carry and present their authorized entry passes when requested by security personnel stationed at the entry points. Without the required passes, entry into the Assembly building or its compound will not be permitted.
In a bid to strengthen safety measures, the authorities have also restricted the entry of objectionable or suspicious items into the Assembly session hall.
