Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has instructed immediate action to address the issues concerning the implementation of various township projects, including government housing in Kunjaban, Vivekananda Market, and Jayanagar in the capital city. These projects, initiated after the formation of the BJP government, were scheduled to be completed within two years. However, even after four years, less than half of the work has been accomplished. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha recently chaired a review meeting of the Tripura Urban Planning and Development Authority (TUDA) to discuss the progress of various township projects and development initiatives for the city.
