Tripura Government Transfers 8 Senior Officers in Administrative Reshuffle

Government of Tripura has transferred and reassigned eight senior IAS, IFS, and TCS Grade-I officers across various departments and districts. The notification, issued by the General Administration (Personnel and Training) Department on May 27, outlines the new appointments aimed at streamlining administrative efficiency in the state.

Dr. Vishal Kumar, who held the position of Municipal Commissioner of Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC), has been relieved of his duties and appointed as the new District Magistrate (DM) of West Tripura district. In his place, Dilip Kumar Chakma, the outgoing DM of Unakoti district, has been appointed as the new AMC Commissioner.
