Arghya Sarkar, Founder of Recruitment Mantra HR Consultancy, was honoured with the prestigious “Impact Beyond Measure CSR Award” for his exceptional contributions to youth empowerment at the “Impact Beyond Measure CSR Award” ceremony held at Raj Bhavan, Goa, on 25th March 2025. The event was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Governor of Goa, Shri P.S. Sreedharan Pillai.
During the ceremony, Arghya Sarkar was felicitated by the Directorate of Social Welfare Department, State Government of Goa, represented by Shri Subhash Faldessai, Hon’ble Minister for Social Welfare, Government of Goa, and Shri Ajit Panchwadkar, Director of Social Welfare & Additional Secretary, Government of Goa, in the presence of other government officials.
Arghya Sarkar, a well-known figure in the recruitment industry and an advocate for youth empowerment, expressed his gratitude saying, “Any award or recognition always encourages me to do more work.
