- Honoured for providing top-tier cardiac healthcare services, improving medical infrastructure, and saving lives in the region.
- Women Police Station, Itanagar
- Acknowledged for its tireless work in ensuring the safety and security of women, handling cases of domestic violence, and empowering women through law enforcement.
- Project Vartak under Border Roads Organization (BRO)
- Recognized for its exemplary role in developing infrastructure, particularly in the border regions, enhancing connectivity, and strengthening national security.
- Donyi Polo Cultural & Charitable Trust, Itanagar
- Celebrated for its efforts in preserving and promoting indigenous traditions, culture, and faith of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Ramakrishna Sarada Mission, Khonsa
- Honoured for its philanthropic and educational initiatives, providing social and spiritual upliftment to underprivileged communities.
- Centre for Bear Rehabilitation & Conservation, Pakke Tiger Reserve, Seijosa
- Awarded for its significant contributions to wildlife conservation, especially in the rehabilitation and protection of Asiatic black bears and the overall biodiversity of Arunachal Pradesh.

- Awarded for extraordinary bravery and dedication in maintaining security and tackling criminal activities.
