Bihar, India – Women’s safety has become a pressing issue in today’s society, and it is crucial for women to be equipped with the necessary skills to protect themselves. In light of this, renowned coach Mukesh Mishra has announced that he will be offering free self-defense classes for women on the second Tuesday of each month from April 2025 in Darbhanga and the surrounding areas at Karate School Darbhanga.

“These self-defense seminars are open to all women and will cover striking techniques, combative and self-defense awareness, and techniques,” said Mukesh Mishra, Coach of Bihar Karate Team.The classes will be held at the Karate School Darbhanga and will be taught by Coach Mishra himself, who has over 15 years of experience in Karate and combative sports training. Coach Mishra believes that self-defense is not just about physical techniques, but also about developing a strong mindset and awareness. “In these classes, we will not only teach women how to defend themselves physically, but also how to be more aware of their surroundings and how to handle potentially dangerous situations,” he added.
