Members of the Peace Accord Mizo National Front Returnee Association (PAMRA) claim that militants affiliated with Chakma outfits from Bangladesh are undergoing training in Mizoram. The Chakma rebel group, identified as Jana Sangati Samiti (JSS), is allegedly conducting training sessions at various villages in Lunglei district, including Psalms, Tara Banya, Chumochumi, Malchari, Bhalukkyachari, and Andar Manek. Additionally, one of the training camps is reported to be situated at Silsury village in Mamit district.
