A senior minister from Arunachal Pradesh has urged the Assamese community living in Arunachal to actively promote inter-state harmony. The appeal came amid renewed focus on peace-building efforts across northeastern India, especially between Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
The minister made the appeal during a cultural event organised by Assamese residents in Itanagar. His speech emphasised peaceful coexistence, shared identity, and the role of the Assamese community in fostering trust between the two neighbouring states.
