The Revenue Minister of Tripura Mr. Narendra Chandra Debbarma, dies at the age of 84. His grandson Dheeraj Debbarma took to his Twitter and shared his feelings towards him. N C Debbarma was on a ventilator at Govind Ballabh Pant hospital after a stroke hit him. On Sunday, in the afternoon, he passed away in Agartala.
N C Debbarma led the ruling alliance partner Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura (IPFT). He was in the hospital for about two days going through brain surgery. His grandson Dheeraj Debbarma tweeted, “We have lost him. With profound grief, I have to share that our loving grandfather Shri N C Debbarma, State Revenue and Forest Minister, has left us all and breathed his last at 2:47 pm today.”
Also, our Prime minister Narendra Modi took to his Twitter, “Shri N C Debbarma Ji will be remembered by the coming generations as a hardworking grassroots leader who always worked for the well-being of people. He made a rich contribution to Tripiura’s progress. Pained by his demise. Condolences to his family and supporters. Om Shanti.”
The Chief Minister of Tripura, Manik Saha went to see Mr. N C Debbarma at the hospital earlier. Manik Saha Tweeted, “Deeply saddened by the passing away of senior member in the state cabinet, Shri N C Debbarma today. My condolences to the bereaved family. May the departed soul rest in peace. Om Shanti!.”
Further other political leaders were showing their condolences toward Mr. N C Debbarma on his death. Several leaders tweeted on their accounts about him showing their concerns. Mr. N C Debbarma was a great person and has contributed a lot in his career. Everyone is showing their concern to his family on N C Debbarma demise. It is indeed a huge loss.
