The official stated that the sending rescue workers rushed to the scene as residents awoke to air raid sirens for the fourth consecutive morning following Russia’s major assault across the country earlier this week. It was not clear that there were any casualties in those attacks, but Ukrainian officials said that 13 people were killed and 37 wounded over the past 24 hours in the Russian strikes throughout the country.

Alexander Venediktov, the deputy secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation said, “Kyiv is well aware that such a step would mean a guaranteed escalation to a world war three,” talking about the longstanding project o Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky which can lead to third world war. On Wednesday, India, one of the 35 members of the 143 members, was restrained from voting in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) draft resolution on the “illegal” Russian annexation of Ukrainian regions. Moscow in September proclaimed its annexation of four partially occupied regions in Ukraine- Luhansk, Kherson, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia- after staging what it called referendums. Ukraine and its allies have denounced the vote as illegal and coercive.
