As part of the competition, 10 TLMs were recognized as the best, with awards given in two categories: literacy and numeracy. The competition, which began at the block level, included teachers from schools under the NIPUN mission as well as private schools. The best TLMs from each block progressed to the district-level exhibition, with the top 20 TLMs from each district advancing to the state-level competition.
