Saha’s remarks came after Tripura Opposition leader Jitendra Chaudhury renewed his demand for the removal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Chaudhury cited reports about objections raised by other Election Commissioners during the SIR process.

Saha Defends Election Commission’s Decision
