Pradyot Kishore Reacts

Tipra Motha founder Pradyot Kishore Debbarma was one of the invited speakers. He shared his reaction on Facebook.
He said he had prepared to meet students and faculty at Tripura Central University. But he received the cancellation message at the last moment, which disappointed him.

Even then, he added a hopeful message:

  • “I was scheduled to attend a program at Tripura Central University, but I was informed of its cancellation at the last minute. I remain hopeful that I was meant to engage with students and faculty members. I trust that the authorities will provide me with another opportunity to interact with the students in the future.”

His words showed both disappointment and optimism. He also stressed his desire to speak with young people in the state.

University Offers No Extra Details

The University has not shared any specific reason behind the sudden change. Many students are now curious because the conclave aimed to promote dialogue on Northeast identity, culture, and youth involvement.

It is unclear if the university will plan the event again. Pradyot’s positive tone suggests he may attend if they offer a new date.

For now, students and observers are waiting for further updates.
