In a significant step towards realizing the vision of a developed India, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha inaugurated a “Vikas Camp” at the Agartala Municipal Corporation Office in the capital city of Tripura. The event, organized under the initiative of AMC Central Zone, highlighted the commitment of the state towards the overall development of its citizens. The chief minister emphasized the importance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decisions, especially those aimed at uplifting the poor and fostering the growth of the nation.

Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra: Accelerating National Growth: Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha expressed his support for the “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” campaign, characterizing it as a transformative initiative to accelerate the country’s growth. Aligned with Prime Minister Modi’s call for achieving 100% saturation in flagship schemes, the campaign in Tripura aims to ensure that the benefits of central government programs reach every eligible individual. The chief minister also highlighted the parallel “Prati Ghare Sushasan 2.0” campaign by the state government, emphasizing the delivery of state facilities to people’s doorsteps.

Flagship Schemes and Inclusive Development: Dr. Saha underscored the significance of various flagship schemes initiated by Prime Minister Modi, such as Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Jal Jeevan Mission, Make in India, Skill India, and Prime Minister Fasal Beema Yojana. These schemes, designed to provide basic facilities without discrimination, are now benefitting eligible individuals across the country. The chief minister highlighted the inclusive nature of these programs, ensuring that basic amenities reach people’s doorsteps.

Inauguration Ceremony Attendees: The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of notable figures, including BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee, Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Dipak Majumder, Corporators from different wards, and other officials from the AMC. The collective presence of leaders reflected a united front in support of the developmental initiatives undertaken in Tripura.

Interactive Session with Beneficiaries: Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha actively engaged with beneficiaries of various schemes during the event. He participated in discussions, distributed cheques, certificates, Ayushman cards, and other essential documents. This interactive session allowed the chief minister to directly witness the impact of these initiatives on the lives of the people, reinforcing the commitment towards inclusive development.
