The Assam Police have arrested 14 individuals from various parts of the state for their alleged involvement in a range of cyber offenses. Our cybercrime unit worked tirelessly to identify and apprehend those responsible,” Prasad said.

They allegedly used phishing emails, fake websites, and social engineering tactics to deceive unsuspecting victims into divulging personal information, which was then used for fraudulent transactions and identity theft.
