Miscreants are accused of surprise attack on a Congress worker in Dhalabil Sarkar Para area under Khoai Thana. Name of the injured worker is Gopal Das, age 45. The incident took place on Wednesday night around eight o’clock. It is known that there was a domestic program of the Congress party in the Ramchandraghat assembly area as per the pre-arranged program. On Wednesday night, Gopal Das was on his way home from the program when some miscreants blocked the way and ambushed him. Gopal Das ran away from the evildoers On hearing this news, other workers of the Congress party were taken to the hospital at night.
