National Science Day was observed on Tuesday under the initiative of Break Through Science Society at Drop Gate area with the pledge to build India against superstition and misscience. Breakthrough Science Society organized a week-long campaign to make the society science-minded and free from superstitions.

An awareness program was organized by the society at Agartala Drop Gate area on 28th February National Science Day Taking part in this program on this day, the officials of the society said that the initiative to celebrate Science Day has been taken with the aim of building a healthy and strong India against superstition and mis science. National Science Day is celebrated with the aim of freeing people from superstitions and making them science minded.
