Adani Group to Build 2,000-Bed Hospital
Adhikari also highlighted a major healthcare investment in Kolkata. He said the Adani Group will begin construction of a 2,000-bed hospital in New Town.
According to the Chief Minister, industrialist Gautam Adani will attend the groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday.
The proposed hospital is expected to add a major healthcare facility to the New Town area. It also reflects the government’s focus on attracting private investment into West Bengal’s infrastructure and service sectors.

When reporters asked whether he discussed any specific investment proposals with the Ambanis, Adhikari said that details would become clear if anything materialised.
