BJP National President JP Nadda on Two-Day Tripura Visit

BJP National President JP Nadda will be on a two-day visit to Tripura from Sunday. During his visit, Nadda will take part in various important events. During the meetings, Nadda will deliberate on the strategy for next year’s Tripura Assembly elections. Assembly elections are to be held in the state in March next year.

According to a BJP statement, Nadda will be welcomed by party leaders and workers at the Agartala airport on Sunday. Nadda will be received at the airport by senior BJP leaders including Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, Deputy CM Jishnu Dev Verma, BJP state president Rajiv Bhattacharya, and several state government ministers. Apart from this, Nadda will listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat with BJP leaders, the local booth president, and booth workers at the airport.

Special arrangements to welcome Nadda
During this, the national president of the BJP will be accorded a traditional tribal, Manipuri, and Bengali welcome outside the airport. Nadda’s felicitation ceremony will be held at various places on his way from the airport to the State Guest House. Nadda will preside over the meeting with state BJP office-bearers and state morcha presidents at State Guest House, Agartala. After this, he will hold a meeting with BJP’s tribal MLAs and MDC and will meet IPFT MLAs in the evening.

Will be involved in various activities

According to the information, Nadda will leave for Udaipur by road on Monday. During this yatra, congratulation ceremonies will be organized at various places. Nadda will garland the statues of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay near Tripura University. He will offer prayers at the historic Matabari Temple Udaipur and will attend Mangala Aarti. After this, on Monday, he will address a press conference at the BJP party office in Udaipur. After the press conference, Nadda will leave for Khwamalung. Besides this, Nadda will address a public meeting at TTADC Ground.

Recently, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha met JP Nadda in New Delhi. During the meeting, the Chief Minister briefed them about the current political scenario and organizational activities in the state.
