On December 13, 2023, Bubagra Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarma inaugurated a specialized consultation service for cancer patients at Kherengbar Hospital in Khumulwng. This initiative, in collaboration with the Comprehensive Blood & Cancer Centre (CBCC), introduces a monthly consultation service for cancer patients, enhancing accessibility to specialized care.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Mr. Purna Chandra Jamatia, Hon’ble Chief Executive Member (CEM), Mr. Kamal Kalai, Executive Member (EM) for Health, Tribal Welfare, and Tourism, Mr. Suhel Debbarma, EM for Sports & Youth Affairs, and In-Charge of ICA, Mr. Sadagar Kalai, Member of District Council (MDC), Mr. C. K. Jamatia, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TTAADC, and several other distinguished personalities.
