Daily infections of Corona are believed to have gained momentum in Tripura. In the last 24 hours, 11 corona patients have been found in Tripura. On the other hand, 2 people got cured after getting rid of that disease. The daily infection rate was 1.08 percent. As a result, the number of currently active patients has increased to 43.
According to the health department’s media bulletin, a total of 1019 samples were tested in the last 24 hours, 7 by RT-PCR and 1,012 by rapid antigen. In that, through Rapid Antigen, 11 people were found to be infected with Corona. As a result, the daily infection rate currently stands at 1.08 percent. Meanwhile, 2 people have also recovered. Out of that, there are currently 43 active patients with Corona in Tripura.
Incidentally, 108107 people have been infected with Corona in Tripura so far. Among them, 107058 have recovered after getting rid of the infection. Currently, the rate of corona infection in the state is 4.05 percent. Likewise, the recovery rate has been 99.03 percent. Meanwhile, the death rate was 0.87 percent. Besides, 937 people have died due to corona in Tripura so far.
According to the media bulletin of the health department, in the last 24 hours, maximum 4 people have been infected with corona in North Tripura district, 2 people each in South and Khowai districts and 1 person each in Sipahijla, Gomti and Unakoti districts. In the remaining two districts, no new cases of corona have been reported.
