Emergency Landing of Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma’s Helicopter, Due to Bad Weather


Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma’s helicopter made an emergency landing near the capital Shillong. CM himself gave this information by tweeting. He said the helicopter made an emergency landing near Umiam Lake due to bad weather. The CM’s helicopter made an emergency landing at the Union Christian College (UCC) grounds in Umiam. The emergency landing of Chief Minister Sangma’s helicopter took place when he was on his way from Tura to Shillong. “Emergency landing at UCC in Umiam due to bad weather en route from Tura,” the Chief Minister tweeted.

Along with giving information, CM has also shared some pictures. He wrote that while visiting here, I enjoyed the beautiful views of the campus. The CM wrote that he had a good time there and the hospitality of the people was good.
