Agartala, July 26-27, 2023: The CBSE Headquarters in New Delhi and the Ramakrishna Mission in Viveknagar, Agartala, came together to organize the prestigious G20 North East Region State Level NEP Conference and Life Skill Summit at the esteemed Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya campus. This landmark event was not only aimed at fostering educational excellence but also commemorated the momentous 125th anniversary of the foundation of the Ramakrishna Mission.
With a tremendous turnout, the two-day summit saw an enthusiastic gathering of 1500 delegates. Among them were 185 Principals and 175 Teachers from various CBSE-affiliated schools in Tripura, who actively participated in the insightful sessions. Moreover, the summit witnessed the spirited involvement of 1140 students hailing from schools in and around Agartala. Adding to the summit’s grandeur were the esteemed delegates from neighboring states, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, and Mizoram, including officials from their respective state education departments.

The comprehensive summit program comprised a total of 22 sessions, strategically organized across different venues within the Ramakrishna Mission Campus. These sessions catered to Principals, Teachers, and students, focusing on various aspects of education, life skills, and personal development.
In a heartfelt message, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura conveyed his warm congratulations to the organizers for their selfless and exceptional service to humanity, particularly in the field of education. He lauded the Ramakrishna Mission’s outstanding performance, which earned it a special status as a “Specified Category School” and a “Cyber Smart School” by the Government of Tripura. He also highlighted the institution’s accomplishments, acknowledged its exemplary Examination Cell, and praised its mechanisms, which have earned recognition from esteemed advisory and strategizing bodies of the nation.
