The Bangladesh Assistant High Commission (BAHC) in Agartala celebrated the Great Martyrs’ Day and the International Mother Language Day in 2023 with respect and grandeur.

On the celebration of Great Martyrs Day and International Mother Language Day, the national flag of Bangladesh was first flown at half-staff with the playing of the national anthem.

Following that, the President’s, Prime Minister’s, Foreign Minister’s, and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs’ statements for the occasion were read publicly. Afterward, pictures celebrating International Mother Language Day and the Great Martyr’s Day were presented on the screen.

A fascinating cultural event was performed by students from several schools and local performers in Tripura that impressed the audience. There was entertainment planned for the attendees after the program’s ending.
