‘If My Death Can Bring a Solution Then Let it be so’ Says Maharaja Pradyot, in Anguish

Tripura royal scion and TIPRA Motha chief Maharaja Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarma stated that if his death can bring a solution then let it be so.
Maharaja Pradyot gave this statement in the reply of BJP’s new slogan, “Death To Manikya”. He said this on October 19, in pain and anguish.

He also shared a video on his social media handle, of the protesting BJP workers and marching on a road carrying placards and shouting the slogan, “Death To Manikya “, in Tripura’s Ampinagar.
Manikya wrote a heart wrecking post on his Facebook handle saying, “

While taking to media, Manikya said that,” I left everything in the entire northeast and came back and fight for the rights of the tribals when I could have gotten a life of luxury in the palace. I did not”.

Further he added,”…And to hear all that sort of language.., you know it says a lot. I just don’t want to politicize but you know it says a lot about our society, where it going and this a reflection of our society.

Manikya also questioned BJP’s slogan of “Death To Manikya” by saying that he has never said death to Biplab Deb or to CM Manik Saha.
He criticized BJP in the state riding on the language and culture of the party workers.

“Tomorrow will they console these things and it will be over”, Manikya added.
