The BJP president Rajib Bhattacharjee said that the Rath Yatra, named Jan Vishwas Yatra, was a total hit. It’s an accomplishment for the party. Rath Yatra was started on January 5. Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the Jan Vishwas Yatra program. Jan Vishwas Yatra started from Dharmanagar. The Yatra covered about 1,600 km covering all 60 Assembly constituencies.
The Yatra ended on Thursday. On the last day of the program national president J P Nadda was also present. Rath Yatra’s main agenda was to promote the party’s development and growth of the BJP. It was an eight-day program. Tripura’s chief minister, Manik Saha was also present.
Bhatarjee said, “We are having an alliance partner IPFT, but the doors are open for newcomers if they want to join.” State assembly elections are due in the coming months. Manik Saha is working on the coming elections by ensuring all the facilities for the voters.
