Manipur showcased exceptional cricketing prowess, defeating Meghalaya by an innings and 35 runs in the final match. The three-day event saw Manipur dominating both with the bat and ball.
The match kicked off with Meghalaya winning the toss and opting to bat in the challenging encounter. However, their first innings proved challenging as they were bowled out for a mere 111 runs.
Manipur, in response, delivered a stellar performance with the bat, amassing a total of 293 runs in their first innings. This commanding display set the tone for Manipur’s dominance in the match.
In the second innings, Meghalaya faced another setback, managing only 147 runs before succumbing to Manipur’s bowling prowess. This performance secured Manipur’s comprehensive victory in the final.
