Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla inaugurated a two-day National Conference on Indian Knowledge System (IKS) in Higher Education at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Senapati, on Tuesday. Themed “A Step Towards Viksit Bharat 2047,” the event aims to explore the integration of traditional Indian knowledge into modern education, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The conference is being organized in collaboration with Vidya Bharati Uchcha Shiksha Sansthan (Manipur State) and features distinguished academicians, policymakers, and researchers dedicated to preserving and promoting indigenous knowledge systems.
