West Tripura District Police carried out a special drive against cannabis plantation in collaboration with local police personnel and Tripura State Rifles (TSR) units. Under the leadership of the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Lefunga Police Station, the joint operation included dedicated teams from the 10th, 11th, 14th, and 15th Battalions of TSR.
The operation focused on the eradication of cannabis plantations in the ADC (Autonomous District Council) village area falling under the jurisdiction of Lefunga Police Station.
