The Bharatiya Janata Party has started its preparations ahead of the Tripura assembly elections to be held next year. In this sequence, before these elections, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma visited Tripura on Monday. Addressing BJP workers at an event here, the Assam CM made a big claim. CM Himanta said that even if all the political parties from all over the world come to Tripura, no one can stop the BJP from winning here.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is also the convener of the Northeast Democratic Alliance. In Agartala, Assam Chief Minister Sarma gave the Mool Mantra to the workers of BJP’s booth victory campaign at Rabindra Satbarshiki Bhawan regarding the preparations for the coming elections. He said that the victory of BJP is certain in the upcoming assembly elections in the state. No one can defeat BJP here. Even if the political parties of the whole world should not come against the BJP. During this, he also claimed that the BJP would win 55 out of 60 seats in the state in the upcoming assembly elections.
Earlier on Monday morning, Tripura CM Dr Manik Saha gave him a warm welcome at MBB airport in the capital Agartala. Flowers were showered on them. Significantly, this trip of Assam CM to Tripura is very important politically. His visit is being seen as an attempt by the BJP to boost the morale of its party leaders and workers ahead of the 2023 assembly elections.
According to the information received, during this one-day tour, the CM of Assam can also visit Tripureshwari Temple and Shanti Kali Ashram.
