During a recent press conference held at Prajna Bhavan, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha encouraged entrepreneurs and investors to consider investing in Tripura. The conference was held following a roundtable meeting with investors, where the Chief Minister highlighted the investment opportunities available in the state. Saha expressed his delight at the experiences of investors who had already invested in the state and urged others to explore the possibilities.
The meeting was attended by 141 investors from various places who participated in the Tripura Roundtable on Investible Opportunities. Many of them have already expressed interest in investing in the state. The government of Tripura has signed MoUs worth Rs. 312.38 crore with various investors who are interested in investing in the state. One of the proposed projects includes the establishment of a medical college in Dhalai district, which would require an investment of Rs. 247 crore. The Chief Minister’s call for investment is expected to attract more investors to the state and help drive economic growth.
