142 crore 10 lakh rupees vote on account for the next four months today, Agartala Pur Nigam presented. It will be accepted on April 26, said Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Deepak Mazumdar.
According to him, the Tripura government has introduced Vote on Account for the first four months of the 2023-24 financial year. Accordingly, the municipal corporations have also introduced Vote on Account for the next four months. The Tripura government will make the same arrangement for presenting the full budget as well as for the municipal corporation.
He said today, 142 crore 10 lakh rupees vote on account has been presented today for four months. In this case, the income of the entire corporation in those four months is estimated to be Rs 141 crore 88 lakh 93 thousand. The deficit will be Rs 21 lakh 52 thousand.
According to him, there will be no deficit in the full budget. Because it will be fulfilled through the various income of the whole corporation. According to him, the whole corporation will work for the development of the residents of the city and to make the environment beautiful, clean and traffic free with the money allocated in the vote on account. Along with this, he added, new road improvement and drain construction will be done.
