Voters in the state increased by 2.4 lakh compared to eighteen


The number of voters in the state increased by 2,40,065 in five years. Out of this number of males increased by 1,09,201, females increased by 1,30,798 and third gender increased by 66.

Which means that the number of women voters has increased by 21,597 during this period compared to men. The Chief Election Officer further informed that there are currently 38,039 voters above eighty years of age in the state.

There are 679 centenary voters. The state assembly elections will be announced within the next one or two weeks. The final voter list of 60 constituencies in the state was published on Thursday. According to the final voter list, the total number of voters in the state stands at 28,13,478. Among them 14,14,576 male voters and 13,98,825 female voters.

There are 77 third gender voters. Compared to the draft voter list: The number of voters has increased by 79,587. The growth rate is 2.91 percent.
