Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend a meeting of the Bhartiya Janta Party Central Election Committee to finalize the tickets for the upcoming Tripura Assembly Elections.
The Senior BJP faces which included the party president JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah gathered together in New Delhi on 26 January in order to decide the candidates for the upcoming Tripura elections. Party success told ,” During the meeting , the names of the candidates for the Tripura elections will be stamped . The election strategy will be discussed of the north eastern states”
The Tripura unit of the BJP group had a meeting on January 26 at Sambit Patra’s home . He is the northeast in-charge . BJP is set to select its candidates for the Tripura Legislative Elections.
Increased security for the upcoming elections.
Police tightens the security in the Agartala of Tripura for the upcoming elections in the state. The Sub-Divisional police officer stated, ”We have a set up of 14 nakas to ensure that there is no movement of the illegal cash, weapons ,narcotics and other materials . The poll announcement will likely to take place in 1 or 2 days.”
The official twitter handle of the chief election officer stated ,”An ECI team, led by CEC Sh. Rajiv Kumar along with EC Sh. Anup Chandra Pandey and EC Sh. Arun Goel arrived at MBB airport , Agartala today to review the poll preparedness for the forthcoming assembly elections in the Tripura” . Many senior BJP leaders have already started holding the election campaigns in the poll bound state. Around 200 rallies and over 100 processions took place to the highlight the central and state governments welfare activities.
The elections are scheduled to be conducted in 16 February . The vote tally will be will be discussed on 2 March. There is not a month left for the elections in Tripura . The popular party of Tripura, TIPRA MOTHA led by Pradyot Bikram Manikya Deb Barma , will be keenly observed.
