An Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, Binod Kumar Singh, serving as the additional director general (ADG) of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for the Northeast zone, has been transferred back to his parent cadre following allegations of misconduct at Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International (LGBI) airport in Guwahati, Assam.
