Manik Saha Called for Peace in the State

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha held a meeting with Khowai District Administration and Police Administration at Khowai Dak Bangla on Saturday at 4:30 pm on the overall situation of the state.

BJP state president Rajeev Bhattacharya was with him Apart from the Chief Minister, Khowai District Magistrate DK Chakma, District Superintendent of Police Rati Ranjan Debnath, Director General of State Police Amitabh Ranjan were present in this meeting.

On Saturday afternoon, the Chief Minister landed at the Khoi Airport ground by helicopter. From there he went straight to Khoai Dak Bangla He finished the meeting there and left for Sipahizla at 4:45.
The Chief Minister issued a stern warning against the terrorists regarding the overall situation in the state. He said many are not tolerating the polling and counting as it was done very peacefully. He said the opposition parties are spreading rumors and instigating and some other vested interests are trying to disturb the environment of peaceful Tripura.

The Chief Minister said that those who are organizing such events will not spare anyone. So far 200 miscreants have been arrested across the state. The Chief Minister also said that the people of the state know well who is behind the escalation of the situation in the peaceful Tripura Addressing those who are posting various types of propaganda on social media, the Chief Minister said that they are being identified through modern technology. He said the old traditions of peaceful Tripura are being brought back very soon
