On Sunday, the Trinamool Congress party released its first list of candidates for Tripura polls. Out of 60, 22 seats are reserved. The remaining final list will be out soon in the coming days. TMC state in-charge Mr. Rajib Banarjee said in an interview that they are fully prepared for upcoming elections.

Also, Rajeeb Banerjee said, “We have sent names of 129 people after consulting with state leaders. We held a meeting with the leaders before sending the names. We are fully prepared for the upcoming Tripura assembly polls and hopeful that our party will emerge victorious.”

The BJP party’s list was released yesterday. They have got 48 candidates up to now. However, the last date for filling nominations is today that is January 30. Elections will be held on February 16. And counting will start on March 2nd.
