Tripura: CM Prof. Dr. Manik Saha Credits BJP’s State Wins to Anti-Corruption Support

Tripura’s CM, Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, declared on Monday that the BJP’s overwhelming success in three states holds substantial significance as the nation approaches the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. This victory, he asserted, clearly signals the populace’s rejection of the Congress-India alliance.

Addressing a press conference at the State BJP headquarters, Dr. Saha underscored that the BJP’s triumph in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh represents a win for self-reliance, integrity, transparency, and effective governance.

“In these elections, attempts were made to divide people based on caste. However, the citizens of these three states responded by voting against the Congress. Prime Minister Narendra Modi consistently emphasized that there are only four castes in the country – women, youth, farmers, and people from poor sections. The strength of the nation lies in the self-reliance of these four categories,” he stated.

Dr. Saha highlighted that, under PM Modi’s leadership, every underprivileged individual in the country benefits from the government’s flagship schemes.

“The election results showcase the rejection of Congress by the people. Once again, it is evident that citizens no longer favor Congress. This hat trick of results provides a glimpse into the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The outcome reflects the people’s support for Modi’s anti-corruption initiatives. The citizens have voted for a strong government, visible to people worldwide, and we are confident of securing both seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha election in the state,” Dr. Saha concluded.
