The Dera Natung Government College (DNGC) in Itanagar observed the 24th death anniversary of Lt. Dera Natung, one of Arunachal Pradesh’s most respected political leaders, with solemn tributes and a series of dignified events. The college community came together to honour the memory of the former minister, after whom the institution is named, remembering his immense contributions to the state’s educational and political landscape.
The tribute programme was held on the college premises, attended by faculty members, students, alumni, and local dignitaries. The ceremony began with floral offerings at the bust of Lt.
