President Droupadi Murmu has announced the appointment of new Governors for the states of Odisha and Tripura. Indra Sena Reddy Nallu is set to take over as the Governor of Tripura, while former Jharkhand Chief Minister, Raghubar Das, will assume the role of Governor in Odisha. These appointments follow the conclusion of Satyadeo Narain Arya’s term in Tripura and Prof. Ganeshi Lal’s tenure in Odisha, respectively.

The decisions were communicated through an official statement from the Rashtrapati Bhavan, signifying a shift in gubernatorial leadership in these two states. Indra Sena Reddy Nallu brings with him a wealth of experience to his new role in Tripura, having served in various capacities in public service.
