The arms cache included country-made guns, AK-series rifles, carbines, .303 rifles, Chinese rifles and pistols, grenades, and other weapons. Consequently, security agencies have reduced the risk of armed violence in the region.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister stated that no fresh incidents of insurgent movement have been reported since the cut-off date mentioned in the Assembly query.
